The competition begins on May 13, 2018 and ends on May 19, 2018

Deadlines:

The deadline for pre-registration will be April 1, 2018

After this date the pilots will receive an email with the data to make the payment according to the Ranking / pilot dorsal. Pilots will have 7 days to make the payment and confirm their place 

The maximum number of pilots registered in the competition will be 125

The registration fee will be 210 € transfer / 230 Paypal

Out of time 250/260 paypal

To avoid possible errors and misunderstandings, you can check the status of the inscriptions, in the Registered pilots section

Pre-registered, you have pre-registered correctly on the date X

Waiting for payment, you have been sent the email with the payment information, in order to make the payment

Confirmed, the amount of the registration has been correctly received, and your reservation of place confirmed

Pilots who are unable to attend for any reason are asked to withdraw as soon as possible, to allow other colleagues to take their place.

Cancellation of the Test:

1º In the event that it is necessary to cancel the competition within a period of less than 7 days, with in competition start, the amount of the inscription will be refunded minus € 10, which will be used to offset part of the expenses that may have originated

2º In the event that the competition is canceled within a period of more than 7 days, in relation to its start, the full amount would be returned, and the CTNP Club would cover the costs for transfers to be made

3º Any cancellation by a pilot, after the payment and seven days before the competition start will have a cost of € 20, in case the cancellation by the pilot is within the last seven days, the expenses will be of 25% of the registration fee
